The LiveWell Innovation Hub™ enables the rapid application of emerging technologies in residential care and creates new market opportunities to improve the lives of residents and staff living in long-term care communities.

As the population of older adults continues to grow, so does the need for elder care services. Providers of senior residential care, including those running assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities are increasingly challenged by increased demand and dwindling resources. It is imperative that long-term care communities innovate.

The LiveWell Innovation Hub aims to drive improvements in residential care with a unique setting for the rapid development and launch of promising technologies. Participating companies have project space in the Innovation Hub which is located in a Life Plan Community, with access to world-class service providers, a nationally recognized facility, and – importantly – residents, families, and facility staff. This real-world setting offers ready access to customers for Human Centered Design, rapid prototyping, and testing. The Malden Collective team and our network of experts support participants with the entire process, including scaling up.
